Hi @Helpnet,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the SharePoint access issue.
Based on the information you provided, the behavior you’re experiencing (SharePoint becoming unavailable and the absence of this month’s $0 invoice) is typically related to the status of your nonprofit subscription. Even though the subscription is free of charge, it still requires regular renewal, and if this process is interrupted, services such as SharePoint may be temporarily suspended.
Please follow the steps below to verify and restore your services:
1/ Check subscription status
- Go to: https://admin.microsoft.com
- Navigate to: Billing > Your products
- Confirm if the subscription status is Active
- If it shows Expired, Disabled, or Suspended, please select the subscription and click Reactivate or Renew.
2/ Review Invoice history
- Go to: Billing > Bills & payments > Invoices
- Check if the latest invoice is missing for this month.
3/ Verify user licenses
- Go to Users > Active users
- Select an affected user
- Ensure the nonprofit license is assigned and that SharePoint Online is enabled
4/ Check nonprofit eligibility
- Visit the Microsoft Nonprofit portal: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com
- Confirm whether your organization’s eligibility is still valid or requires re-verification
5/ Reacquire the subscription if necessary
- If the subscription is not listed, you may request it again through the Nonprofit portal.
In most cases, the issue can be resolved directly through the Admin Center:
- If the subscription is visible and the option to reactivate or renew is available, you can complete this process independently
- If the subscription is missing, you can reacquire it through the Nonprofit portal
However, please contact Microsoft Support if:
- The option to reactivate or renew is not available
- The subscription status appears incorrect or does not change after action
- There is an eligibility or verification issue
- The subscription is not visible and cannot be requested again.
If you are unable to determine the issue after these checks, I recommend submitting a support request via the Microsoft Nonprofits Hub > Contact us for further assistance Support and Troubleshooting - Microsoft for Nonprofits .
I hope this helps clarify the situation. Please feel free to share a screenshot or any error message you are encountering. I will be happy to assist you further.
Thank you for your time and for being part of the community.
