Hi @Helpnet,
Thank you for your update. I’m sorry to hear about the situation, especially as it is impacting your team’s ability to work.
Based on the message you shared “This subscription is now disabled until 6/16/2026, when your data will be deleted”, it indicates that the subscription is currently in the Disabled stage rather than permanently deleted. In Microsoft 365, subscriptions typically follow the lifecycle: Active > Expired > Disabled > Deleted. During the Disabled phase, access to services such as SharePoint is blocked, even though the data is still retained until the final deletion date.
Since you mentioned that no changes or deletions were made on your end and the subscription appears to have been disabled unexpectedly, this situation cannot be resolved through the Q&A forum. Unfortunately, forum moderators and community contributors do not have the ability to reactivate subscriptions or restore tenant access.
If the Reactivate or Renew option is not available in the Admin Center, the issue will need to be handled directly by Microsoft’s Nonprofit or Billing Support team. I recommend contacting support via the Microsoft Nonprofits Hub > Contact us or Microsoft 365 Admin Center and requesting them to review whether the subscription can still be restored before the deletion date.
You may refer to the guidance in Support and Troubleshooting - Microsoft for Nonprofits or Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn .
When reaching out, please be prepared to provide:
- Your Tenant ID
- The exact subscription name
- A screenshot showing the subscription status
- Any existing support case number
I hope this helps clarify the next steps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out—I’d be glad to assist.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
