Third, if if the answer to both is "no", I'm completely done with OneDrive (and the MS 365 service I had to buy to get more storage). If I have to restore all the recycle bin files to their original locations, I'll have to restore, then eliminate/unlink OneDrive, then move all of those files/folders to an external drive one at a time. That's going to be over 20K files, assuming, of course, that OneDrive actually restores them properly. And that is a big "if." Instead of deleting files in OneDrive, consider removing them from OneDrive. With folder backup enabled, OneDrive includes the Desktop, Documents, Pictures, Music, and Videos folders. So to remove files from OneDrive, you will also need to avoid these Windows Standard Folders.
