I need to recover my account which was linked to authenticator on a different phone

I have bought another phone and sold my previous one. Now I can't log into my microsoft account tied to a different email. I have also moved to a different country. When I try to verify, the email code is sent properly, but when I try to verify my phone, it asks me to write the last 4 digits of my phone, which I do, and the code never comes. Now it just tells me that this option of verification doesn't work at all, and for some reason email verification by itself is not enough.

Support is completely useless, there is absolutely zero way to talk to a human being from microsoft for whatever ungodly reason. Even the phone number puts me through to AI, which is also completely useless and unhelpful in every possible way.

I REQUIRE assistance from a human being and not some AI making me run in circles and wasting my time. PLEASE, I need help with this, otherwise I am completely locked out of my account which I use for personal things, with bought products.
