Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
For an Office 2013 download, the options depend on how it was originally obtained.
- If Office 2013 was part of a Microsoft 365 for business subscription:
- Office 2013, Visio 2013, and Project 2013 are no longer available to download or install from the Microsoft 365 My Account page after February 28, 2017.
- If a reinstall of the 2013 version is needed due to incompatibility issues, contact the Microsoft 365 admin. If acting as the admin, submit a service request using the Microsoft 365 for business support channel described in the referenced article.
- If Office 2013 was purchased as a one-time download from Microsoft Store:
- Go to the Order history page at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase.
- Locate the Office product in the order list and select Product key/install.
- Select Install Office and follow the instructions to download and install.
- If the steps above do not work, use the Install Office link in the original confirmation email for that purchase.
If Office was originally installed from media or via an OEM (preinstalled on a device), the original media or OEM recovery method is required, as Office 2013 downloads are no longer generally provided through Microsoft 365 portals.
