Hi @Admin for Belflower Realty Group,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue with your account being unable to send or receive emails.

Based on your description, it’s possible that your account may be blocked or restricted, which would impact your ability to send and receive emails. To get this resolved as quickly as possible, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft. Since you are using a work or school account with admin privileges, please follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using an admin account (If you don’t have admin permissions, please contact your IT administrator or someone in your organization who does.)
    2. In the lower-right corner of the page, select Help & Support.
    3. In the Support Assistant pane, enter a brief description such as: “Business email account cannot send/receive mail. Account may be blocked or restricted. Need urgent mail-flow investigation and unblock.”
    4. Review the suggested solutions. If they don’t resolve your issue, click Contact Support (headset icon).
    5. Choose your preferred contact method (phone or email callback), confirm your details, and submit the request.

If you’re unable to create a ticket:

    • If your organization purchased Microsoft 365 subscriptions through a partner, you may need to contact that partner directly for support, as they typically handle service requests on your behalf.
    • In case you’re unable to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you can still reach out through Microsoft’s general support and contact pages or use their business support phone options for assistance: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support .

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To get help unblocking a business email account and restoring send/receive capability, use Microsoft’s official support channels. The exact path depends on whether this is Outlook.com (consumer) or Microsoft 365 for business, but the core steps are:

    1. If this is Outlook.com (consumer) using a blocked sender/IP
      • If external senders to Outlook.com are seeing errors like 550 5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender [IP], the sender needs to delist themselves:
        • Forward the full non-delivery report (NDR) to delist@microsoft.com, including the IP and full error.
        • Alternatively, use the Outlook.com delisting form: the delisting form for Outlook.com can be found in the article under The delisting form for Outlook.com, the consumer service.
      • Microsoft will review and respond with next steps, typically within 48 hours.
    2. If this is Outlook.com and you need direct Outlook.com support
      • Sign in to Outlook.com.
      • Select Help on the top menu, or use the Open the Help pane link from the documentation.
      • In Search Help, describe the sending/receiving/blocking issue.
      • If the self-help suggestions do not resolve the issue, scroll to the bottom of the Help pane and under Still need help? select Yes to create a support request.
      • If sign-in is not possible, use the dedicated link for “If you can’t sign in” in the article to start account help.
    3. If this is Microsoft 365 for business (Exchange Online / Outlook on the web for business)
      • Open the Microsoft 365 admin center with an admin account.
      • Go to SupportHelp & support.
      • Describe the issue (for example: “Tenant email sending blocked / blacklisted; cannot send or receive”).
      • Create a support ticket and include:
        • Affected domains and example mailboxes.
        • Sample error messages or NDRs.
        • When the issue started and whether all outbound or inbound mail is affected.
      • If the tenant or admin account is locked and the admin center cannot be accessed, contact Microsoft by phone using the global customer service numbers and ask the frontline to open a ticket for the tenant.
    4. If external senders are blocked by Microsoft 365 (you are the sender)
      • If NDRs show 550 5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx], follow the delist process:
        • Forward the NDR to delist@microsoft.com with the full error and IP.
        • Wait for Microsoft’s reply with further instructions.
    5. If Outlook.com mailbox is full or limited
      • If support replies are not arriving or sending is limited due to quota, reduce mailbox size using the guidance in Storage limits in Outlook.com before retrying support.

If none of the above paths are accessible (for example, no admin access and no portal access), use the phone support path for business accounts and have the frontline create a service request on behalf of the tenant.
