We are trying to onboard VS International College (Nepal) to Microsoft Education and Azure for Students.

During investigation, we found:

  • Google Workspace is currently used for email.
  • MX records point to Google.

    Simple answer is to raise a support ticket within your Microsoft365 for education tenant.
