For both the unresolved upgrade issue and the unexpected 129€ charge, direct contact with Microsoft Support is required, as community channels cannot access billing or account data.
Use one of these supported paths:
- For the subscription/upgrade problem and missing supervisor callback
- Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
- Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Select the product category for Microsoft 365/Office.
- Choose a support topic such as “Manage my subscription” or “Billing and Payment updates.”
- Confirm, then select Chat with a support agent in your web browser or request a callback.
- Clearly state that there was a previous unresolved case and a missed supervisor callback so the agent can escalate appropriately.
- For the 129€ charge and refund/credit clarification
- While in contact with support, ask the agent to:
- Review the payment history on the account.
- Explain what the 129€ charge in February was for and how it relates to the current Microsoft 365 Premium subscription.
- Confirm whether the amount was refunded or applied as a credit/extended renewal.
- If a refund is needed and eligible, follow the official refund process described at: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472
