block Microsoft family safty

If Family Safety restrictions are being applied but no one in the family created or is managing a family group, the device or account may still have Family Safety settings cached or left over from a previous configuration.

To remove those restrictions on a Windows device, run a Family Safety reset on each impacted device:

1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
2. Type cmd and select OK to open Command Prompt.
3. In Command Prompt, run this command exactly:

      schtasks /run /tn "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask"
   

4. Restart the computer.

If Family Safety is still applied because the account is in a family group, an organizer must remove the account from that group:

1. Go to account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with an organizer account.
2. Select the member and choose Remove from family group, then confirm.

If restrictions are still present after removal, run the reset steps above on the affected device.
