Today, I made a back up for Microsoft Authenticator and when I set up new phone for it I pressed to delete back up. Can you restore my back up?

Deleted Microsoft Authenticator cloud backups cannot be restored.

When the cloud backup toggle is turned off and the backup is deleted, that backup is permanently removed. The only option is to create a new backup going forward:

    1. Re-add each account to Microsoft Authenticator (for example, by signing in to Microsoft accounts or scanning QR codes for work/school and third-party accounts).
    2. After all accounts are working again, enable backup:
      • On Android: Open Authenticator → Settings → turn on Cloud Backup and choose the Microsoft personal account where the new backup will be stored.
      • On iOS: Ensure iCloud Drive, iCloud Keychain, and iCloud Backup are enabled for Authenticator, then open Authenticator so it can be included in the iCloud backup.

Future backups can then be restored to another device of the same platform (iOS-to-iOS or Android-to-Android only).
