Yes. A personal (home) Microsoft 365 subscription includes direct Microsoft support, including call-back phone support.

From the Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Support information:

    • For home subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, Family, Premium, and Microsoft Copilot Pro), access to technical support includes:
      • Chat support
      • Call-back from a technical support expert (phone support initiated by Microsoft)
    • For non-subscription Office (one-time purchase), full call-back support is not included; only activation call-back is available, and chat is the primary channel.

For account issues (such as hacked or locked accounts) or billing issues as a home user:

    1. Use the “Get Help”/“Contact us” entry points:
      • Go to the Microsoft support entry page such as Contact support or Get Help.
      • Describe the problem (e.g., “account hacked”, “billing issue”).
      • The system will route to self-help, chat, or an option to request a call back.
    2. For Microsoft Store billing or purchase issues, use the Store-specific “Get help” flow described in the Microsoft Store support article.
    3. For general Office/Microsoft 365 app issues, use the Office Support site and choose a support option (phone, chat, or email) where available.

Direct dial phone numbers are primarily listed for business/volume licensing scenarios, but personal subscribers are expected to use the Get Help/Contact Support flows, which then offer chat and call-back options rather than a static phone number.
