Can I hook an eGPU/external graphics card up to my Surface Laptop 13 in?

I have an intel surface laptop 13 in (business, intel), and I'm contemplating getting an eGPU/external graphics card to hook up to my laptop for gaming and such. Is this possible with my laptop? I know it has Thunderbolt 4, but I'm not sure if that means it will 100% support an eGPU or not.
