Hi,

I am trying to get an artifact signing account.

Identity validation process went through, received my verified ID. Used my phone and successfully submitted.

It returned with a FAIL status.

Please provide additional document(s) dated within the past 12 months to verify your organization. Examples of verification documents are as follows:

Unfortunately, it provides nothing after the colon, and it provides no upload options. A simple red failure state. No idea what to do here, I uploaded my valid ID and facial recognition via the phone.
