To make more space in a Word document and “convert” your text so it fits better, there are two common options based on the provided information:

    1. Shrink the font size so more text fits on each page (Word for the web)
      1. In the top-right corner of Word for the web, select Editing > Edit Mode.
      2. Press Ctrl + A to select all text in the document.
      3. On the Home tab, click Shrink Font Size one or more times until the text fits better on the page.
      4. Go to View > Reading View to check whether the document now fits the way needed.
    2. Convert plain text into a table (if the “text converter” means turning text into a table)
      1. Make sure the text is separated with tabs for columns and paragraph marks for rows.
      2. Select the text to convert.
      3. Go to Insert > Table > Convert Text to Table.
      4. In Convert Text to Table, confirm the number of columns and rows, choose AutoFit options if needed, and set Separate text at to the separator used (for example, Tabs).
      5. Click OK to convert the text into a table.

If the downloaded capstone project opens but looks “too big” or doesn’t fit on the screen, adjusting zoom (for example, setting it to 100%) and shrinking the font size as above will help fit more content without changing the file type.

You will have to provide some more context. What are you trying to do, specifically?
