A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
To make more space in a Word document and “convert” your text so it fits better, there are two common options based on the provided information:
- Shrink the font size so more text fits on each page (Word for the web)
- In the top-right corner of Word for the web, select Editing > Edit Mode.
- Press Ctrl + A to select all text in the document.
- On the Home tab, click Shrink Font Size one or more times until the text fits better on the page.
- Go to View > Reading View to check whether the document now fits the way needed.
- Convert plain text into a table (if the “text converter” means turning text into a table)
- Make sure the text is separated with tabs for columns and paragraph marks for rows.
- Select the text to convert.
- Go to Insert > Table > Convert Text to Table.
- In Convert Text to Table, confirm the number of columns and rows, choose AutoFit options if needed, and set Separate text at to the separator used (for example, Tabs).
- Click OK to convert the text into a table.
If the downloaded capstone project opens but looks “too big” or doesn’t fit on the screen, adjusting zoom (for example, setting it to 100%) and shrinking the font size as above will help fit more content without changing the file type.
