A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Contact the organizer or support team for AI Skills Fest and report that the voucher claim form link is broken and has been flagged as phishing. Provide them with details such as the playlist name (“Sales - Sell strategically with AI”), the action taken (“Check what’s unlocked”), and the approximate date and time the issue occurred so they can locate and fix or replace the form.
If the form is hosted in Microsoft Forms within the same tenant as the organizer, an admin for that tenant can review and unblock it if it is legitimate:
- The tenant admin should go to the Microsoft 365 admin center → Microsoft Forms phishing review page.
- Locate the blocked form using details like title and block date/time.
- If the form is legitimate, select Unblock so it becomes available again.
- If it is confirmed to be malicious, they should leave it blocked and instead provide an alternative, safe method for voucher claims.
If no action is taken by an admin, the form will remain blocked and cannot be used to submit voucher claims, so escalation to the event or program support is required.
