Authentication Error when using Outlook Push Approval

My computer went into Bitlocker yesterday, and Ive desperately been trying to get my key back. My only way to do 2 factor authentication is using the Outlook Push approvals. This works for some things, but for others (maybe higher security clearance?) It briefly lets me pass then flashes to a portal with red texr saying (this service is temporarily down)

I may have to wipe my computer as I need access to a computer by tomorrow, and this will destroy me. Hopefully there are some rewards or other payback for this disasterous error's consequences

The issue of the MFA is not tied directly to bitlocker. The only relation is that it asks for authentication again when i am looking for my keys in my microsoft account. This same MFA issue stops me from being able to add recovery methods as well (like linking an email)
