text size on outlook

I understand this is frustrating when the text suddenly appears larger than expected.

Have you already tried the Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, please try the following:

Note: I don’t have a Samsung Galaxy A35 myself. The steps were provided based on research. If you can’t find the setting, please look for similar options, as the name may vary.

1, Check Accessibility font scaling

• Open “Settings”
• Go to “Accessibility” > “Visibility enhancements”
• Tap “Font size and style”
• Reduce “Font size” if it’s enlarged there

2, Test zoom inside an email

Some emails (especially HTML emails) allow pinch‑zoom:

• Open an email in Outlook
• Try pinching the screen to zoom out

If this works, the issue may be content-specific rather than a global setting.

3, Refresh the Outlook app

Sometimes display scaling sticks after an update:

• Go to “Settings” > “Apps” > “Outlook”
• Tap “Force stop”
• Reopen Outlook
