Microsoft Contact

To speak with a live Microsoft support agent for Microsoft 365/Office, use one of these options:

1. Use the Get Help / Contact Support flow
   1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact – Microsoft Support.
   2. Enter a brief description of the issue (for example, “Microsoft 365 billing issue” or “Office won’t install”).
   3. Select Get Help.
   4. When the automated suggestions appear, scroll down and choose Contact Support.
   5. Under Products & Services, select Microsoft 365 & Office.
   6. Choose the appropriate category (for example, Manage my subscription, Install, or Technical support).
   7. Confirm, then select either Chat with a support agent or Call me back to speak with a live person.
2. Use the Get Help app on Windows (home users)
   1. On Windows, open the Get Help app (type “Get Help” in the Start menu search).
   2. Type a short description of the problem.
   3. When options appear, look for and select Contact support.
   4. Choose the product (Microsoft 365/Office) and follow the prompts to connect to a live agent via chat or request a callback.
3. Phone support (customer service phone numbers)
   1. Go to Customer service phone numbers: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
   2. For home users, select Get Help, describe the problem, and Microsoft will either provide self-help or connect to support (chat or request a call).
   3. For business users, select the appropriate region to find the customer service phone number, or follow the guidance for volume licensing / business support.
4. If the issue is with Microsoft Store purchases or charges
   1. Go to Help with Microsoft Store purchases: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2300553.
   2. Select Get help, describe the billing or purchase issue.
   3. Choose Contact Support, then select chat or request a call.

These paths all end with either a live chat session or a callback from a Microsoft support agent.
