I am not getting answers from the windows Defender Team

I have been asking questions about alerts and Microsoft Defender and am not getting any help. How can I get answers to my questions? This is not an application on my computer issue; this is a backend issue. I have gone to defender on the web on different machines, running different OSs in different browsers and still cannot close the alerts.

Hello Scott, can you please tell me more information about the issue?

Maybe Alert is tied to an incident or still in sync. otherwise, you don't have the sufficient permissions.

I really advise you to contact (Microsoft Defender portal support) -- this is your best option

or Open Microsoft Support ticket

Include:

Alert IDs
Tenant ID
Time range
Screenshot of the alert that won’t close
Details.

I do not see Windows Defender as a choice for contacting Microsoft Support

Since Personal Windows Defender integrated into OS (Windows) --> Then, Choose Windows

& add the issue in details.
