when I tried TO RIP music the album information will not display information at all

what can I do to corrected the problem?

    • Are you using Windows Media Player legacy (classic) or the newer Media Player app on Windows 11? 
    • Does this issue happen with all CDs or only specific albums?

    Option 1: Verify Internet access during ripping  

    • Ensure the PC is connected to the Internet 
    • Try opening a website to confirm connectivity 

    Option 2: Refresh media library information
