Use these steps to restore access to the shared Microsoft 365 Family subscription and address the missing verification emails:

    1. Confirm that the family member accepted the sharing invitation
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 subscription sharing page:
        • Open the Microsoft account services page and locate the Microsoft 365 subscription details.
        • Under Share subscription, check the list of people the subscription is shared with.
      • Verify whether the family member shows as:
        • Accepted: then the subscription should already be available in that person’s account.
        • Pending: the invitation has not been accepted yet.
      • If the status is pending, use the option there to resend the invitation.
    2. Check the family member’s email and spam/junk folders
      • Ask the family member to look for the invitation email in their inbox and junk/spam folders.
      • The invitation must be accepted from the same email address that was used when sharing the subscription.
    3. Verify the correct Microsoft account is being used
      • The family member should sign in to their Microsoft account (the same email address to which the invitation was sent) and then check the Subscriptions/Services section.
      • If they sign in with a different account, the shared Family subscription will not appear.
    4. Resend or remove and re-add the family member
      • If the invitation still does not arrive:
        • Remove that person from the Share subscription list.
        • Add them again and send a new invitation.
      • Then have the family member check their email again (including junk/spam).
    5. If the problem persists
      • Use the Microsoft support channel for account and subscription issues by describing that the invitation is not being received even after resending and verifying the correct account.
