I am waiting last 30 mins + for the chat to connect me to a person. This is a joke. I need to speak to a real person please as AI gives me the answers over and over again and these do not work!

To speak with a real person for Microsoft 365/Office, account, billing, or Windows issues, use one of these options from the provided support paths:

    1. Use Microsoft Live chat support (for Outlook/Hotmail and consumer services)
      • Sign in at outlook.com.
      • Select Help in the ribbon, then Help again.
      • Describe the issue in the box.
      • If the suggested articles do not help, scroll down and select Yes under Still need help.
      • Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
      • Enter the issue details and email, then confirm to start a live chat with a human agent.
    2. Use the general Microsoft customer service phone directory
      • Go to the customer service phone numbers page and select the appropriate region and product to find a phone number to call and speak with an agent.
    3. If chat is not connecting or is unavailable
      • There may be daily chat limits or temporary unavailability.
      • If chat repeatedly fails, use the phone option from the customer service phone numbers page instead.

For partner-related or business support scenarios, the Partner Support options page also offers:

    • Chat online with an agent via the “Chat now” option.
    • Contact support portal to request a call or case.
