To speak with a real person for Microsoft 365/Office, account, billing, or Windows issues, use one of these options from the provided support paths:
- Use Microsoft Live chat support (for Outlook/Hotmail and consumer services)
- Sign in at outlook.com.
- Select Help in the ribbon, then Help again.
- Describe the issue in the box.
- If the suggested articles do not help, scroll down and select Yes under Still need help.
- Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
- Enter the issue details and email, then confirm to start a live chat with a human agent.
- Use the general Microsoft customer service phone directory
- Go to the customer service phone numbers page and select the appropriate region and product to find a phone number to call and speak with an agent.
- If chat is not connecting or is unavailable
- There may be daily chat limits or temporary unavailability.
- If chat repeatedly fails, use the phone option from the customer service phone numbers page instead.
