Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to request a correction to the secondary contact email address (School Email) provided in my recent Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) application.

Unfortunately, I noticed that I made a typographical error when entering my school email address. I accidentally entered it as ***@``[Moderator note: personal info removed] ``.edu.vn.

Could you please kindly update my secondary contact email to the correct address as follows:

Correct School Email (Secondary Contact): ***@``[Moderator note: personal info removed] ``.edu.vn

Please note that my primary login email address for the courses remains correct and unchanged as:

Primary Login Email: ***@gmail.com

I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, would be very grateful if you could confirm once the update has been made.

To correct the secondary school email address on your application, you should contact the Microsoft Educator Program support team directly through the Microsoft Learn Educator Center or the support channel associated with your MIEE application. Include:

Your full name
The email address used to submit the application
The incorrect school email address
The correct school email address
The date of your application submission

It may also be helpful to attach a screenshot of the application confirmation if available.

The support team should be able to review your request and advise whether the email address can be updated before the application review process is completed.
