Our domain srqcompanies.com was used to create a company email id through microsoft. Unfortunately we do not have a track of who created and what was the user name used. We have a microsoft email subscription through godaddy. While trying to setup a email it says an email with our domain already exits. The tenant id is [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]. We need to find that id and delete it. How do i do it

Hi @Shah Ali Quadri Syed,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you’re unable to locate the account associated with your company domain.

To resolve this issue, Microsoft’s support team will need to be engaged. A technical support engineer can conduct a remote session to investigate the situation, verify backend configurations, and run any required synchronization tools. Since this case will likely involve collecting and analyzing logs, it is recommended to raise a support ticket to ensure a smoother and more efficient resolution process.

The Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

If your Office 365 subscriptions are managed through a federated partner or reseller and the Global Admin cannot open a service request, they should contact the reseller’s support provider. The reseller can assist with initiating the request and coordinating with the Office 365 support team.

As community moderators, I do not have access to internal service logs, backend systems, or engineering tools due to privacy and security restrictions. Issues that may involve backend services can only be thoroughly investigated and resolved by Microsoft’s support and engineering teams.

I appreciate your understanding and apologize for redirecting you, but this approach will help ensure you receive the most accurate and timely assistance.
