imagine having all years of memories from xbox360 all achievements all games you bought at their store and even MC original one..
and then being hacked of F "silly" hackers from some poor ah country and i dont know why even so sudden i had email verification, and just to be clear i got other also hijacked with that hacking thing by them and i literally got EVERYTHING else from steam to insta fb and ea etc but not a F-in microsoft account... why is that so hard to throw away some guy with dirty interests to my account and just let me reset everything else? why microsoft cant be that good as everyone else? is that the whole "yeah yeah pay us all but in worst case you aint getting anything back" treatment? like are we serious in big 2026? xD we had bigger hacking problems in history and we all recovered survived brought everything back
so why me and i saw more people must to lose account in here? its rather question why microsoft doesnt give a damn about their customers and their lost whole profiles like it IS that simple , hijacking someone's account in NOWHERE in internet is legal and nowhere tolerated so why microsoft cant just like block them? especially seeing its different country etc? like block connection send link to reset all passwords and thats it , thats how simple is it , i tried everything and on both attempts i got refused and sent back with depressing "ugh we cant do a damn about that your problem your loss make new account buy again and dont rant" this type of answer of course extraggerated but this is how it always feels and i guess not only in my eyes, at this speed people seriously gonna lose trust to microsoft.. my question is just why they cant when it is legal and possible to do so , even protocols are sometimes skipped to achieve something GOOD for someone GOOD and not those evil hacking hijackers..

For a stolen Microsoft account, support and moderators are limited to the same recovery tools that have already been provided. If the attacker has changed the security information (email, phone, authenticator) and the automated checks cannot verify ownership, the account cannot be restored.

    The only supported path is:

    1. Use the hacked/compromised account troubleshooter
    2. Submit the account recovery form with maximum detail
      • Use the recovery form linked from the troubleshooter or via the sign-in helper: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196140.
      • Provide as much accurate information as possible (old passwords, approximate creation date, services used, purchase info, etc.).
      • The process is automated; if the data does not match what is on record, the request is denied. Forums and front-line support cannot override this.
    3. Understand the hard limit
      • If the hacker has replaced the email/phone and authenticator, and the recovery form repeatedly fails, the account is considered unrecoverable. Multiple moderators explicitly state that in this situation “there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.”
      • This is by design to prevent handing an account to the wrong person; Microsoft will not forcibly “throw out” the current signer without strong proof from the automated checks.
    4. For linked services like Minecraft
      • Even if the Microsoft account cannot be recovered, Minecraft support may offer limited options for the game profile itself. The recommended path is to contact Minecraft Support via the official channel in the guidance.
    5. For future protection
      • Follow the compromised-account guidance to secure other accounts and devices (malware scan, strong unique passwords, updated security info, and identity protection steps).

There is no alternate escalation path, manual override, or special-case exception documented beyond these automated recovery and support flows.
