Hello. My sticky notes are not syncing in my work account in Outlook browser on my home PC.

They sync correctly to the Sticky Notes app on my home PC, and they sync correctly to my work account on my work laptop.

Thanks, I completely missed it :)

Please try this, and let me know if it works, my community colleague suggested that in a Reddit thread and it worked.

Try this, please.

Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft, and press Enter.

Delete the Olk and OneAuth folders.

Restart Outlook.

This only removes temporary Outlook data that will be recreated automatically. Please try reconfiguring the account and let me know.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

Are you logged in on the same account on both devices? If not your notes can't sync (correct me if I'm wrong)

    Hi,

In Outlook, you click 9 dots > OneNote, and then sticky Notes. Does that not open, or am I missing a way to open Sticky Notes?

On the webpage, click the Lock icon on the browser's address bar on the left.

    Click Cookies.

On the popup that opens, remove all cookies one by one, by selecting each cookie and remove the same.

Reload the page and sign in again using the credentials.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
