MS Authenticator: - Restoring Backups

Using MS Authenticator to generate codes for login. I backed up all the codes to my ms account over 5G as they would not back up over WiFi. After losing my phone to theft I reinstalled MS Authenticator to a new phone, logged in with my MS account but there was no option to restore the codes back to the MS Authenticator app. Is there any method to resore this backup?
