Microsoft Forms does not provide a built-in option to print a quiz showing the correct answers filled in.

Available print options are:

Print a blank quiz form:
1. Open the quiz in Microsoft Forms.
2. Select More form settings (ellipsis) > Print Form.
3. Adjust printer settings and select Print.
Print a summary of responses (for analysis, not an answer key layout):
1. Open the quiz in Microsoft Forms and go to the Responses tab.
2. Select More options > Print summary to print charts and counts of how respondents answered.
Print individual responses (shows one respondent’s filled-in answers, not a generic answer key):
1. On the Responses tab, select View results.
2. Choose a respondent, then select More options > Print response.

To share correct answers with students digitally rather than on paper, enable automatic result display:

Open the quiz from Teams or Forms.
In Forms, select More options > Settings.
Turn on Show results automatically so students see which answers were correct and the points after submitting.

There is no documented feature to print a single “quiz with answer key filled in” directly from Forms; the closest options are printing a blank form plus a separate answer key created manually, or printing individual responses that show answers.

Currently, Microsoft Forms does not offer a built-in feature to print a quiz with the correct answers automatically displayed. According to official article I found (Print a form | Microsoft Support), the only native printing options available are for generating a blank form, a summary of all responses, or a specific individual's response.

Ultimately, if you need a printed version that functions as an answer key with the correct choices already marked in place, that capability is not directly supported within the platform at this time. To achieve this, you would unfortunately have to rely on manual workarounds outside of Microsoft Forms.

You can currently use these options:

Print a blank quiz: Open the quiz, select More form settings (...) > Print Form. This prints the quiz itself, but not an answer key.
Print a summary of responses: Go to the Responses tab, then select More options > Print summary. This prints the response overview and charts, rather than a quiz with answers filled in.
Print an individual submitted response: In the Responses tab, open View results, choose a respondent, then use More options > Print response. This prints that person’s submitted answers, not a general answer key.

As a workaround, you could create a dummy response by submitting the quiz once with all correct answers selected, then print that individual response from the Responses area. This is not a built-in “answer key” feature, but it may help produce a printable version showing the answers in place. The part that is supported by Forms is printing an individual response describing in the article above.
