How to fix cannot connect to minecraft services error?

So, i can't login to minecraft website , when i click on the sign it it redirects me back to the sign in page, i can login the minecraft launcher but it puts me in offline mode and i says cannt get services, I tried diffrent device same issue, then i thought maby it was my wifi so i used my mobile hotspot(mobile data) same issue

I noticed this when i was playing a server and couldnt text in chat it said cant get ur public key

Is it a regional issue or did i do somthing stupid?
