I did not want to continue my 365 subscription.I never use it. I got charged for it a couple of weeks ago and this is the first chance I’ve had to go over it. I do not use nor do I want Microsoft 365. Could you please end my subscription and refund my money back to my account?

Ending the subscription and issuing a refund cannot be done from this forum. Use the steps below to cancel and then check refund eligibility.

Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was charged.
Find the Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
- If instead of Manage it shows Turn on recurring billing, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not be charged again.
On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown).
Scroll through and follow the on-screen instructions to complete cancellation.

To check if a refund is possible:

For Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, Family, or Premium subscriptions purchased from Microsoft, cancellation is required first to check refund eligibility.
Go to the refund help article and follow the self-help or eligibility steps: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription.
Note that not all cancellations result in a refund, and prorated refunds are only available in specific countries listed in the refund policy.

If the subscription was purchased through a third party (Google Play, Apple App Store, or another retailer), contact that retailer’s support to request cancellation and any refund.

If additional help is needed (for example, if the charge is not recognized or the refund option does not appear), contact Microsoft Support via the Contact Support or Get Help options described in the support articles to have an agent review the billing on the account.

Be aware that canceling Microsoft 365 reduces cloud storage back to the free allowance; if current OneDrive or Outlook.com usage exceeds the free quota, uploading new files or sending/receiving email may be blocked and, after 12 months, OneDrive content may be deleted.
