Azure Artifact Signing identity validation stuck In Progress for 2 weeks

Hello Microsoft Azure / Artifact Signing support team,

Our Azure Artifact Signing organization identity validation has remained in In Progress status for approximately 2 weeks. The Azure portal support flow says that if the validation remains In Progress for more than 7 days and required documents have already been submitted, we should contact support rather than create additional identity validation requests.

This is blocking our ability to sign Windows application artifacts. Could someone from Microsoft please check whether the validation is waiting on manual review, third-party verification, or additional action from our side?
