I was removed from my microsoft family to change my Privacy & online safety settings, but i cannot do anything and it is all locked. When i go to the Family website I just see only myself in a family without any option to leave it. Also when i tried adding my friend on xbox I used to get a notification that a request was sent to my parent to accept the friend, but now it's as if my clicks don't register and nothing works when i press the accept friend request button. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? User's image

Hello, This is not an answer but more of an idea. You can remove/uninstall the family app off your computer. I would do that first. Then reboot and retry. IF that do not work, Then I would write down your password then remove what ever is in the " Credential Manager " because there maybe some sort of left over unneeded users and passwords. You will need to sign in again to the MS store. Then reboot the pc every time you make a change so that the pc says OK haha. For what ever reason sometimes a restart is needed.
