Hello

This integration is only available for accounts with business license. If you are on a personal account, this is not a feature available.

To create a Teams meeting link from Outlook on a Mac, use the built-in Teams integration in Outlook for Mac.

    1. Open Outlook for Mac and go to Calendar.
    2. Select New Event.
    3. Enter the meeting name, add invitees in Add required people (and Add optional people if needed).
    4. Set the Date and Time, and add a Location if applicable.
    5. Turn on the Teams Meeting toggle (or Skype Meeting, depending on what your organization uses). This adds the Teams join link and dial-in info (if enabled) to the invite.
    6. Add any notes or agenda in the body.
    7. Select Save (or Send when ready to invite attendees).

If the Teams Meeting toggle does not appear in Outlook for Mac:

    • Ensure Outlook for Mac is on production build 16.24.414.0 or later and activated with a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription that includes Teams.
    • Make sure the Teams desktop app is installed and the account has a Teams license.
    • Close Outlook and Teams, start Teams and sign in, then reopen Outlook.

To make every meeting online by default in Outlook for Mac:

    1. In Outlook, go to Outlook > Settings.
    2. Under Other, select Calendar.
    3. Enable Add online meetings to all meetings so new meetings automatically include a Teams link.

On legacy Outlook for Mac, the flow is:

    1. In Calendar, select Meeting.
    2. Select Teams Meeting on the ribbon.
    3. Add recipients, subject, time, and send.

Once the Teams Meeting option is used, invitees receive an Outlook invite that includes the Teams join link they can use from any device.
