Hello Microsoft Support,

I am experiencing an issue with Microsoft Authenticator on my iPhone. The app is unable to connect to or sync with iCloud backup.

When I try to enable or use the iCloud backup feature in the app settings, I receive the following error message:

“Something went wrong. Please report an issue using the Send feedback option.”

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Verified that iCloud Drive is enabled
  • Confirmed Microsoft Authenticator has iCloud permissions enabled
