I have tried to sign in one day and it kept me out saying it needs to verify my identity but I used the right email and password but it asked for a code via phone number the phone number on it is old so i select i dont have it but instead of an email code it verifies it with the questons and the xbox I had doesn't work anymore so I cant get my xbox live device ID anymore the one thing I do not have i really need so I cant recover my account I dont understand why it doesn't just send a code through my email i really want my account back but I cannot because of the way you have to recover it I want it so i can use the account on my laptop and the support is all Ai so I get no help is there someone that can help me
