1. Verify or purchase the Microsoft 365 subscription

4. If charges or promotions appear incorrect

• Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
• Sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
• Choose the relevant product (Microsoft 365 for home), then follow the prompts (for example, “Products and services” → “Billing and Payment updates”) to start a chat or request a call back with a billing agent.
• Explain that the subscription should be on a 50% off first-year offer and that the credit card or billing details need correction so the agent can review and adjust if eligible.
