Its crazy we can't talk to someone live at Microsoft. Thinking of getting off it, its so frustrating. I pay for it and can't get help.

To talk to a live Microsoft support agent for Microsoft 365/Office, use one of these supported paths:

    1. Use the Get Help app on Windows (home users)
      1. In the Windows search bar, type Get Help and open the app.
      2. In the text box, type Chat with an agent and press Enter.
      3. When prompted, select Contact support.
      4. Choose the product or service (for example, Microsoft 365 or Office).
      5. Follow the prompts, then choose either:
        • Chat with a support agent in your web browser, or
        • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you.
    2. Contact Microsoft 365/Office support online (home subscriptions)
      1. Go to the Microsoft Office Support site.
      2. At the bottom of the page, select Contact Us or Contact support.
      3. Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the Microsoft 365 subscription.
      4. Select the product category (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office).
      5. Choose a topic such as Manage my subscription or Billing and Payment updates.
      6. Confirm, then select Chat with a support agent in your web browser or request a call back if offered.
    3. Use Microsoft 365 admin center (if this is a business subscription and the account is an admin)
      1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
      2. Select Support > Help and support.
      3. Enter the issue, then select Contact support.
      4. Choose the preferred contact option (chat or phone) if available.
    4. Use the general Microsoft Support contact entry point
      1. Go to Contact a Microsoft support agent.
      2. Describe the problem.
      3. When the Contact Support option appears, select it.
      4. Choose the relevant product and scenario, then pick Chat or Call me back when those options are shown.
    5. Phone support via regional customer service numbers (especially if locked out or admin-only issues)
      1. Open the Customer service phone numbers page.
      2. Select the region and country/territory.
      3. Use the listed number to reach Microsoft customer service and follow the IVR prompts to reach support for Microsoft 365/Office.

If chat or call options do not appear, they may be outside support hours or not available for the specific product/region at that time; trying again later or choosing a slightly different category (for example, “Billing and Payment updates” or “Manage my subscription”) can surface the live-contact options.
