Another accout of mine got hacked and the hacker had the password and email changed. I can't find any way of contacting Microsoft support about the issue, as the only option the official sources give me, is a "comunity support" that redirects me here. How can i contact an actual person in Microsoft Support?

To reach an actual Microsoft support agent about a hacked personal Microsoft account, use these official options:

    1. Start with the hacked-account troubleshooter
    2. Use the Sign-in Helper when the account looks missing or taken over
    3. Submit the account recovery form (if locked out)
      • If the hacker changed the email and password and sign-in is impossible, use the recovery form referenced in the hacked-account article and provide as much accurate info as possible (old passwords, devices, etc.).
      • If the form ultimately fails and the article states no more options are available, support cannot override that decision for personal accounts.
    4. Contact support via the Get Help app (if signed in anywhere with a personal Microsoft account)
      • On a Windows PC where a personal Microsoft account is still in use, open Get Help:
        1. Open the Get Help app.
        2. Describe the issue (e.g., “personal Microsoft account hacked, email and password changed”).
        3. If troubleshooters do not resolve it, select Contact Support.
        4. Choose the affected product/service and confirm.
        5. Pick a contact method:
          • Chat with a support agent in your web browser, or
          • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you, or
          • Submit a repair request (for hardware issues).
    5. Use the general Microsoft account help contact path
      • For additional help with Microsoft account issues, including talking to a support agent, use the “I need to talk to a customer support agent” option from the Microsoft account help page:
      • From there, follow the I need to talk to a customer support agent link and complete the steps to reach chat or callback support.
    6. If recovery fails completely
      • As noted in the referenced Q&A, if the recovery form and hacked-account guide cannot verify ownership (especially when all security info was replaced), there is no alternate manual override path for personal Microsoft accounts, and even support cannot restore access.

Avoid any phone numbers or “support” links from pop-ups, emails, or social media; always start from official Microsoft support pages or the Get Help app.
