To speak with a live person at Microsoft Support by phone, use the official customer service phone directory and then choose the number for the appropriate country/region and product:

1. Go to the Microsoft customer service phone numbers page: Customer service phone numbers.
2. Select the country/region.
3. Use the listed Microsoft Store / account & billing / support numbers to reach a live agent.

For Microsoft account or personal Microsoft 365/Office subscription issues where a direct phone option is not shown, use the Get help option on the same page to be connected to support, which can include a callback from an agent after entering contact details.

For business (work/school) Microsoft 365 accounts, an admin can also open a support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center and request a phone call from the Billing or Account & Subscription support team.
