Checking when my next annual Microsoft365 payment is due.

To see when the next annual Microsoft 365 payment is due, check the subscription status in the Microsoft account used for the subscription.

1. Go to the Services & subscriptions / Subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account email and password associated with the Microsoft 365 subscription.
3. Under Subscriptions, find the Microsoft 365 product.
   • If it shows a circular arrow and Has recurring billing or similar wording, look for the Next charge information. This shows the next payment date and amount.
   • If it shows Expires on [date], the subscription will end on that date unless renewed; the renewal payment would be due then.

If there are issues with renewal or billing dates, review the subscription details on the same page and, if they still look incorrect, contact Microsoft Support from the help options on that site.
