my account hacked /password keeps getting blocked even when changed

my Microsoft account was hacked they deleted all my details of security and made it theirs somehow i got it back but when i sign into Microsoft will my password it says incorrect even though i changed it and typed it exactly done how i put it

i believe the hacker has made it so it always changed when i enter a new password

please can someone reach out to me its been happening since march

its also affected my OneDrive on my pc as its linked to the email and my Xbox account has been completely taken over by hacker because of this

i emailed Microsoft and called ai told me to fill form out i need 3 times 3rd they spoke to me and said the information was missing when they needed something i couldn't reach without signing it which i cant

i can only use the Microsoft account as some places has got it so i don't need to enter password i just click the email and I'm in

no weird activity shows up as well so no one is trying to sign into my account please someone help i want my account back to myself

It seems your account's security info (recovery email/phone) was replaced by the attacker, which means even when you change your password they can immediately reset it again — you need to submit the account recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr (https://account.live.com/acsr) from a device you've previously used for this account, and include as much proof of ownership as possible (old passwords, email subject lines, purchase history, linked Xbox gamertag). Once recovered, immediately add your own phone number and email as security info and enable two-step verification before the attacker can reclaim it. Since your Xbox account is also compromised, contact Xbox support separately at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us (https://support.xbox.com/contact-us) after recovering the Microsoft account.
