My Microsoft (and Xbox) account was suspended within the last week citing a Services Agreement violation, with no prior warning and no explanation of what was specifically violated. I believe this was triggered in error.

The only 'unusual' activity on my account was that I used it to submit an Xbox Account Recovery Form for a separate account of mine that had been hacked. I suspect this may have been automatically flagged. i want to make it clear that there was no unauthorised access to my suspended account and the security change was to a closely related account to the original recovery email. I can demonstrate a longstanding legitimate connection between the any of the accounts involved which would prove there was nothing suspicious going on this account, and therefore would get it unblocked, if required.

Steps already taken:

Submitted the Microsoft Account Reinstatement Form (no SIR ticket Received)

Submitted a privacy request via the Microsoft Privacy team under UK GDPR (received a PRV ticket)

Contacted Microsoft Support via live chat — case was escalated with a promised 48-hour response, which was never received

I have held this account for many years and use it daily for email, Microsoft 365, and Xbox. I have not knowingly violated any terms. I am happy to provide my account email and full details privately to any Microsoft staff or moderator who can help review this case.

Any advice on how to get this properly escalated would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
