Can't login in other account because of f2a

Hi, i can't log in to other account where is subscription on Microsoft, because i can't access to authenticator, and there is no button Contact help team only automated thing what doesn't even help.

Is there a way contact someone from Microsoft to fix this issue ?

Here are the options when locked out of 2FA
If this is a work or school account, the admin can reset your MFA. Otherwise you can opt for:

Account Recovery Form — Go to https://account.live.com/acsr (https://account.live.com/acsr) to submit an identity verification request. Microsoft will ask questions to prove ownership.

Alternative sign-in methods — On the sign-in page, click "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app" or "Use a different verification option" to try SMS, email, or backup codes.

That's the problem when i use this " https://account.live.com/acsr" it says there is no email like that Picture - "https://prnt.sc/wHfvXyF_-UOt".

But i can even reset password for that account when login in "https://login.microsoftonline.com/" and then he asks for 2fa what i didn't even made.
