My Microsoft account has been hacked. Looking for ways to close XBox account and erase current admin account that is fallacious.

I raised this same question and received a quite satisfactory answer but seemingly did something wrong that caused the message to be deleted before I could return to it.
I'd like to receive a step by step procedure aiming at closing an XBox account and removing current admin account that is fallacious. Currently my Microsoft account can be accessed uisng my credentials but hacker's credentials as well which I have no control of.
