Whilst I can independently get into the two emails. Of my two auntheticators (emails) the system is only able to send a code to one.. I deleted the other one but it is still enabled within Microsoft. Verification codes are therefore going to one email. By default to complete the second which is no longer there, the system is requesting that I provede a 25 character code which I don't have. Yes, I have waited 30 days and have already completed the Account Recovery form more than twice. Nothing is working. Assist me please. I need to access my email.

Based on the described behavior, the account is effectively locked behind security verification methods that are either unavailable (deleted email) or blocked, and support cannot override this with a 25-character recovery code or manually change security info.

Key points from the available guidance:

    1. Verification codes may be blocked or delayed
    • Excessive or repetitive requests to the same or alternate email/phone can cause a temporary block where codes are not sent.
    • Heavy compromised traffic from a region can also delay or block code delivery; this usually clears automatically after some time.
    • If the account has been flagged for unusual activity or locked for security reasons, verification messages might not go through until the security state is resolved.
    1. Check and correct existing security info If sign-in is still possible in any way (for example, via password and the one working email method), the only supported path is:
    2. Sign in to the Security basics / Security info page for the account.
    3. Select Update info.
    4. Use a method that still works to verify.
    5. Add a new working method (email, mobile phone, or Microsoft Authenticator) and remove any methods that are no longer accessible.

For work or school accounts, the steps are similar on the Security info page: choose a method that works, or I don't have any of these to replace security info.

    1. When codes still do not arrive If verification codes are still not received after checking junk mail, phone settings, and ensuring the email/phone are correct:
    • Another verification method must be chosen, or
    • Wait until access to the listed phone/email is possible again.

Support agents are explicitly not allowed to:

    • Send verification codes,
    • Send password reset links, or
    • Access or change account details on behalf of the user.
    1. Next steps when self-recovery has failed Since the account recovery form has already been submitted multiple times and the 30‑day waiting period has passed, but access is still blocked by verification requirements, the remaining supported options are:
    2. Try again using any still-working verification method to reach the Security basics / Security info page and add a new method.
    3. Use the sign-in helper to see if it identifies a specific sign-in or lockout issue and follow its guided steps.
    4. If still unable to sign in, contact Microsoft Support through the official support channel and select the appropriate product and “account security” category. Support can provide guidance but cannot bypass verification or issue the 25-character recovery code.

If none of the above paths work and no listed security method is accessible, the documented position is that access to the account cannot be restored, to protect the account and its contents.
