Artifact signing: Unable to sign executable due to "No subscriptions found for 327e7353-82dc-46ea-bf0a-c3b0c656ade8"

Note: There may something "stuck" because I accidentally let this subscription lapse due to a change in business credit card numbers, but the Azure Subscription that created the Artifact Signing, Certificate Profile, App Registration, and Client Secrets has been reactivated for the last 24 hours or so.

I'm trying to sign a Tauri app installer executable. The artifact signing looks to be set up correctly. Identity has been validated, certificate profile has been created. Any time I try to sign the executable (through the artifact-signing-cli rust cargo library), I get the error: "No subscriptions found for 327e7353-82dc-46ea-bf0a-c3b0c656ade8"

I can't post the rest of the error because it includes, what I think, are secret keys
