    In Microsoft Forms, individual questions or entire forms can be deleted and then recreated with the correct content.

    To delete just the incorrect question in a form:

    In Microsoft Forms, the ability to edit or change your response depends on whether the form creator has enabled the option “Allow respondents to edit their responses.” If this option is turned on, you will be able to go back and update what you submitted.

    To check this, you can sign in to http://forms.office.com using the same account you used when filling out the form. If you previously selected an option such as “Save my response”, please make sure to sign in with that same account. Once logged in, go to the “Recent” section where you should see a list of forms you’ve recently responded to. If you open the form and see an “Edit response” option, then you will still be able to modify your answers.

    However, if that option is not available, it means the form owner did not allow editing after submission. In that case, unfortunately, you won’t be able to make changes on your own. The best approach would be to reach out to the person who created the form and ask them if it’s possible to submit a new response or have your answer updated another way.
