Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To get a live call back from Microsoft for Microsoft 365 subscription, account, or billing issues, use the official support channels and choose the “call back” option where available.
For Microsoft 365 for home (personal/family subscriptions):
- Go to the Microsoft Support contact page using the Get Help experience: use the Get Help app or your browser to contact support.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the Microsoft 365 subscription downloaded directly from Microsoft.
- Describe the issue (for example, “billing for Microsoft 365” or “account issue”) and proceed.
- When prompted for contact options, select Contact support and then choose Call me back if it is offered.
For Microsoft 365 for business (including domains or subscriptions managed via GoDaddy):
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with the admin account for the Microsoft 365 tenant that is billed through Microsoft (not GoDaddy).
- In the admin center, select Support > Help and support.
- Enter the question (for example, “billing issue” or “subscription from GoDaddy”) and select Contact support.
- Follow the prompts and choose a phone/call-back option if presented.
If unable to sign in or prefer phone-based entry:
- Use the customer service entry page for home users: click Get Help under Home Users at Customer service phone numbers.
- Describe the problem, then choose chat or request a call if that option appears.
Note: For the GoDaddy-based Microsoft 365 subscription, some billing and subscription controls may be handled directly by GoDaddy. If Microsoft support cannot see or manage that subscription, contact GoDaddy support for that tenant’s billing, and use Microsoft support for the account that is billed directly by Microsoft.
