- Type "regedit" in the search bar and press Enter.
- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager
- Set RotatingLockScreenEnabled and RotatingLockScreenOverlayEnabled to 1 (If they don't exist, create them)
- Restart your computer.
